About Natural Serene Health

Natural Serene Health is an independent affiliate review site. We research wellness products and supplements, write transparent editorial reviews, and earn a commission when readers buy through some of our links.

Our mission

The wellness industry overwhelms people. Every brand claims clinical-grade ingredients, every supplement promises a transformation, and most of it is marketing. Our job is to read past the marketing — to look at ingredient forms, dose research, label transparency, and consistent customer feedback — and then publish an honest editorial verdict on what is worth your money and what is not.

We are not a medical organization. We do not run our own laboratory. We are an independent editorial team based outside the United States, working from publicly available information, brand documentation, and customer feedback patterns over time.

Editorial approach

For each product we feature, we look at:

What we do not do: we do not claim to have personally tested every product. We do not claim medical authority. We do not run a physical laboratory. When a brand does not meet our editorial criteria, it does not make our recommendations — even when the affiliate commission would be attractive.

Affiliate disclosure (FTC)

Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. When you buy a product through one of those links, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate revenue does not influence which products we feature or how we evaluate them — we feature products based on editorial merit. Some links are affiliate, others are direct manufacturer links. Our recommendations are not influenced by affiliate availability.

Outbound product links carry the standard rel="sponsored nofollow" attribute, so search engines treat them as commercial recommendations rather than unconditional endorsements.

Medical disclaimer

Content on this site is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting any new supplement, making changes to your wellness routine, or treating any health condition — especially during pregnancy, perimenopause, or if you are managing a chronic condition or taking medications.

Corrections and contact

If we publish something incorrect — an outdated dose, a wrong ingredient form, a brand that no longer meets the criteria above — we want to hear. Email editor@naturalserenehealth.com and we will update the article and note the change.
